The Garden Studio is a true gem tucked away in Bardon Mill. The garden view from the apartment is simply stunning, akin to a picturesque painting that soothes the soul. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace while being serenaded by the melodious chirping of birds. It's like your very own tranquil oasis amidst the bustling world.

    Awkward curtains.

The value for money at Garden Studio At Old Post Office was excellent and the room itself was tastefully set up and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our nostalgic trip and gave us easy access to the Roman Wall. The staff made us feel very welcome and the little treats left throughout, including for our dogs, were a nice touch.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was the selection of food available.

We had an impressive stay at The Garden Studio. The small touches and extras made it a lovely experience. The apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was convenient and made with local produce. The location was great, with beautiful walks and easy access to tourist sites like Hadrian's Wall. The hosts were friendly and helpful, but still gave us privacy. a highly recommended place to stay.

This was one of the most impressive stays we've had. The small yet cozy place had many added touches and extras that made it a lovely place to stay. We especially loved the breakfast provided for us to cook in the apartment. The outside area was gorgeous, although we didn't get the chance to fully enjoy it. The apartment had a quirky but cool and comfortable vibe. The hosts were friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. The space was even better than it looked in the photos. We can't recommend it highly enough.

Felt very well looked after, no complaints at all.

I recently stayed at The Garden Studio and had an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and beautiful design of the hotel. The thoughtful extras, such as the breakfast basket with local produce, bottles of wine and soft drinks, dog biscuits, and even a baby blanket, were a delightful surprise. The location was perfect, with Hadrian's Wall and Hexham just a short distance away, offering lovely local walks. The hosts were friendly and unobtrusive, adding to the warm atmosphere. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough!

This apartment had a lovely terrace and beautiful garden views, which made me feel relaxed and peaceful during my stay. As a backpacker, I really enjoyed being surrounded by nature and having a private outdoor space to unwind.

Personally, I found the private entrance to be a bit inconvenient. However, I understand that others might appreciate the added privacy it provides.

The breakfast was a nice touch, with all the ingredients provided and the freedom to make it whenever we wanted. The location was convenient, close to main roads and with plenty of tourist sites to explore along Hadrian's Wall. the apartment was well-equipped and in good condition.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the spare bed was situated next to the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient and didn't provide much privacy.
